Jacques Bermon Webster I, born on April 30th, 1990 also known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is a popular American musician and rapper. The stage name he uses is the combination of the name of a beloved uncle and the initials of Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott was signed to his first major-label deal in 2012 with Epic Records. In April 2013, he signed joint recording agreements with Epic and T.I. 's Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first full-length album, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released as a self-release. In 2013 Scott released his debut full-length mixtape, Owl Pharaoh. It was then immediately followed by Days Before Rodeo. Rodeo (2015) was his first album of studio work. It included the smash track "Antidote". The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) reached number one on the Billboard 200. The following year, Scott released a collaborative album with Quavo titled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the band name Huncho Jack.In 2018, his third studio album, Astroworld, was released to acclaim from critics and also produced his first Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). Scott's compilation album JackBoys was released by Cactus Jack Records in late 2019. It reached the top of the Billboard 200. After the debut of his hit single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott became the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs reach the top of the list in less than a decade in 2020.
