 Nathan John Feuerstein is an American rapper. Two EPs have been released, I'm FREE (2012) [3] as well as a self-titled EP from Capitol CMG in 2014. Mansion was his first album he released on major label. His second studio album Therapy Session, which was released April 22, 2016 and peaked at the top of the list, number 12 of the US Billboard 200. His albums have been honored with many accolades. One of these is the Gospel Music Association Dove Award, Rap/Hip Hop Album Of The Year (Therapy Session). In 2017, Perception entered the mainstream. It charted at number 1 in the United States and was also certified platinum. When its third single "Let You Down" reached number 12 on the U.S. charts, NF gained mainstream popularity in the year 2017. Billboard Hot 100 was a worldwide top-10 single. He achieved similar commercial success when he released his follow-up The Search (2019). Feuerstein declared that in his youth, rap music was an escape for him. He would record songs with the karaoke device and record his raps as well as instrumentals using a single microphone. Feuerstein released his own debut album Moments on November 29, 2010 under his real name. The album was released "Alone" as his debut single on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith, songwriter and producer of the song, was included. Xist Music came to Feuerstein’s work in 2012. On May 2, 2012, Feuerstein released his debut, extended version of I'm Free that included production work from Profitt. The tracklist featured nine tracks which included "Alone". The EP also featured an exclusive version of "Alone" with Sean Simmonds. Xist had announced the release of the self-titled, extended plays, NF, but Feuerstein broke up with the label in the wake of disagreements, and the production of NF was delayed. NF also included a song titled "Only One" featuring Shuree Williams in the compilation album Move Vol 1. On November 4 in 2013, he debuted "Beautiful Addiction" which was an album single. The track featured a second appearance by Profitt along with the vocals of Brady Schmitz and Danielle Swift.
